A full re-roof, managed from start to finish
Complete roof replacements for homes and developments, including our largest job to date — a full apartment block re-roof for a Nottinghamshire developer. We handle the whole project ourselves, from strip-out to final finish, with no subcontractors passing the job between them.
We also own our own scaffolding, which keeps costs down and means we're rarely left waiting on third parties to get started. Whether it's a single Nottingham semi or a full housing development, we handle it the same way: turn up when we say we will, do the job properly, and stand behind it afterwards.

How It Works
What happens, start to finish
● Survey & free quote
We assess the whole roof, agree the scope of work, and give you a clear, no-obligation quote before anything is booked in.
● Scaffold & strip out
Our own scaffolding goes up first, then the existing roof covering is stripped back to the timber.
● Structural check & repair
Any damaged timbers or structural issues are dealt with before new materials go on, not covered over.
● Fit new roof covering
New underlay, battens and tiles or slates are fitted to the full roof, along with new lead flashing where needed.
● Final check & clean-up
We inspect the finished roof, clear all waste from site, and talk you through the completed work.
