Flat Roofs
Rubber flat roofing that's actually built to last
A flat roof is only as good as the membrane and the installer. We're registered Firestone rubber (EPDM) installers, which means every flat roof we fit uses a single-ply rubber membrane system backed by the manufacturer, not a generic felt roof that needs redoing in five years.
We fit flat roofs on extensions, garages, dormers, garden rooms and full commercial buildings across Nottingham, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. Whether it's a brand new flat roof or a tired old one that's started leaking, we'll give you a straight answer on what it needs and get it done properly.

How It Works
What happens, start to finish
● Survey & free quote
We come out, look at the existing roof or the space you're working with, and give you a clear, no-obligation quote, usually while we're still on site.
● Strip out & prepare
Any old covering is removed and the deck is checked and made good before anything new goes down, a flat roof is only as good as what's underneath it.
● Fit the EPDM membrane
The rubber membrane is fully bonded and fitted as a single sheet wherever possible, minimising the seams that are usually where leaks start.
● Trims, edges & flashing
All edge trims, upstands and flashing details are finished properly, the details are what separate a flat roof that lasts from one that doesn't.
● Final check & clean-up
We check the finished roof, clear away all waste and materials, and talk you through anything you need to know before we leave.
