Tired, rotten or discoloured fascias are one of the easiest ways to make a house look neglected from the street, and one of the more affordable jobs to put right. We often combine this with a guttering upgrade while the scaffolding is up, to save you paying for access twice.

How It Works
What happens, start to finish
● Survey & free quote
We check the condition of the existing timber or uPVC and quote for a straightforward like-for-like or full upgrade.
● Remove old fascias & soffits
Old, rotten or discoloured boards are stripped back to the roofline timber.
● Fit new uPVC boards
Free Foam uPVC fascias and soffits are fitted, providing a low-maintenance finish that won't need repainting.
● Guttering check
Since the scaffolding's already up, we check the guttering and recommend any work worth doing at the same time.
● Final check & clean-up
We inspect the finished line for a straight, clean result and clear away all waste.
